- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any damage.
- Customized items (including products with personalized images or designs) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed crocs or footwear with personalized prints.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the item, especially if it is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For late or missing refunds, please check with your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom orders.
